Restaurateurs Mark Mendola and Michael Thomas look forward to announcing the opening of D’Marcos Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar located in the heart of downtown Rochester at 401 S. Main Street. The opening is planned for March 2018.D’Marcos will feature modern Italian fare alongside celebrated Italian classics, with a wide selection of fresh seafood, chops and salad entrées. Wine enthusiasts will enjoy a sizable selection of wine from around the world by the glass or the bottle. D’Marcos will provide a relaxed neighborhood setting with a warm, friendly ambiance and live entertainment on the weekends. Total capacity for the restaurant and wine bar is 200 with seating for 80 in the wine bar and lounge area, 75 in the dining area and 50 guests in a private dining area. The private dining area is available for special events during normal business hours as well as for lunch.Mendola stated, “We’re really excited to bring great Italian cuisine and fabulous wine to downtown Rochester and become part of the amazing community.”
