Event services
We typically accept only one event per weekend, which enables us provide you exclusive use of the exterior for up to five days. Assuming your event is on a Saturday, you can begin deliveries and decorations two days prior (Thursday), with final cleaning and removal of rentals two days later (Monday).
We also provide use of the master suite before the ceremony (for bridal party); another room before and during the reception (for the groom’s party before and all VIPs during); event insurance; abundant parking for all guests, vendors, and workers; and trash removal after the event.
You bring in all catering, bar, entertainment, decor, rentals, etc. This gives you the ability to tailor all aspects of the party exactly how you want, rather than paying exorbitant prices for services that you don’t really need. Just bringing in their own alcohol (instead of paying the amounts charged per drink by hotels, restaurants, and country clubs); most clients tell us that the money they save just on the bar tab typically pays for our venue.
ENTERTAINMENT
Pro-audio sound system with high-quality output that is suitable for lounge/background music. Professional DJ or live band with their own audio system can be hired. Access to a wide range of entertainers, including internationally-recognized musicians, LA’s finest special event performers, DJs covering the entire spectrum of music, and novelty acts beyond your imagination.

LIGHTING
Scenic ambiance lighting is included at no additional charge. Additional lighting upon request or provided by your entertainers or Event Planner.
FURNITURE
Dining tables, cocktail tables, reception tables, chairs, couches, linens, accessories, decorations, etc., are all available from local party rental services.
RESTROOMS
All events require portable bathrooms. The quality and quantity depends upon the client and the number of guests. For events up to 150 people, we recommend a 2-unit trailer. Each unit is decent and has sinks, mirrors, and room to move around inside.
