Diamond Mills Hotel brings the look and feel of downtown New York right to the heart of the Hudson Valley in Saugerties, New York. The venue overlooks the Esopus Falls, making for breathtaking wedding photos. The hotel has 30 boutique-style guest rooms for a unique lodging experience for the couple and any wedding guests who wish to stay the night. On staff is Chef Giuseppe Napoli, who incorporates regional Italian cooking into the couple's wedding menu.
