Rule & Regulation
I agree, in my use of Colorspace Labs, to the following: 1 Colorspace Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 2 I understand that Colorspace and its employees are not liable for injuries sustained on the premises. 3 I will pay all invoices before my booking time. I understand that extension to pay later is a courtesy and is not the standard policy of the studio. 4 I am responsible for all members of my group (including but not limited to students, guests, instructors, etc.) 5 I will make sure the studio door and the exterior door are both locked when my time has ended and after my group has exited the space and building. 6 I will turn off all studio lights, including in kitchen and bathroom areas, before exiting the studio. 7 I will not have the windows and the front doors open while the AC or heater is on in the studio because I understand the importance of helping the studio keep power costs down. 8 Neither I, nor any member of my group, will loiter loudly outside the studio building, understanding that there are residential neighbors living adjacent to the dance studio. 9 I will make sure all trash accumulated during my studio time is placed in receptacles provided in the rest area, kitchen and bathroom areas. 10 I will make sure no one in my group litters outside the studio building. 11 I will make sure to remove any food my group members have placed in the refrigerator at the end of our studio time. 12 I will make sure to turn off the power at the sound/media station before exiting the studio. 13 I will leave the studio as it appeared when we entered, or in even better condition. 14 I am responsible for the actions of everyone in my group during our time in the studio. 15 I will make sure that children in the studio are supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. 16 I will pay a $50 fee for any returned checks/ electronics payments. 17 I will use the blue recycling bins for water bottles and other recyclables. I will make sure no one puts food or garbage in the blue bins. 18 I understand that this is a shared studio space and will not remove items that do not belong to me, but I am more than welcomed to ask about opportunities to donate to the space.
What we Offer
A creative work studio, print shop, and exhibition space in Kensington, Philadelphia. We showcase local print medium artists every First Friday on our 32' exhibition wall! Our space is perfect for art galleries, private events, receptions, readings, casting calls, studio work, and parties!
The studio is equipped with available audio and video recording equipment; blackout curtains; and a video projector. It can accommodate up to 150. Free parking available. Full use of our tables and chairs is included.
Our space is heated and air-conditioned, a kitchen area, has a comfortable leisure area and a restroom.
