The 10,000+ square foot space can accommodate up to 360 people.
Nine shipping containers will be dedicated for your use, and you can decorate for your specific needs, such as meeting space, breakout sessions, additional catering or bartending space, product demo, etc. The containers have lighting and power outlets.
Pricing
You bring the guests, and we bring the rest. At Colorbloq we strive to optimize your venue services so you can focus on planning your event. All our pricing options include exclusive use of facility, 1 Gbps fiber and WiFi, in-house AV equipment and AV technician, in-house furniture and setup, security guard, and cleaning. Keep in mind that load-in and load-out must be within the rental window.

Serving alcohol must come with appropriate serving license. Caterers will need to supply a COI and Vendor Access form. All trash must be removed from premise on own (by caterer).
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. However, the pantry for catering prep has several power outlets on separate circuit breakers so full scale catering is possible.
