CARVE American Grille is a concept of Perry’s Restaurants, paying tribute to its butcher shop beginnings more than four decades ago. Reinventing the American grille experience, CARVE harnesses wood, live-fire, and smoke—with hand craftmanship—to harmoniously meld fresh and eclectic ingredients into an unforgettable creation. CARVE’s sister concepts include award-winning Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille, providing a Rare & Well Done® dining experience, and the company’s original butcher shops known today as Perry & Sons Market & Grille.

Our largest single room, the Cedar Room, is fully enclosed and furnishes an inviting and comfortable setting for hosting rehearsal dinners. baby or wedding showers, working lunches (a/v capabilities), and holiday parties with family and friends. Open-air access, private and semi-private options are available.

The combination of the Cleaver and Cedar Rooms allows for seating of up to 36. With fire pits on either end of the adjoined room, this warm and inviting space is the ideal setting for hosting your unforgettable gathering. Fashion the perfect event by requesting open-air access or by utilizing our mounted flat screen tv for the ideal presentation.
