Modern rooftop space in the heart of Brickell
Looking for a modern, minimalist rooftop space to hold your company meeting, workshop, networking event, presentation, or conference? Located in the heart of downtown Brickell in Miami, BUILDING is a great option.
Our venue rentals include the use of our entire third floor, a versatile, indoor/outdoor space including the following areas:
- Classroom/presentation area, featuring full A/V equipment, projector with dropdown screen, microphones, a full sound system, wifi, and floor-to-ceiling windows facing out into Brickell.
- Beautiful minimalist kitchen area, featuring a large island counter for food and drink setup and wooden tables and chairs for gathering or networking.
- Outdoor rooftop terrace, complete with outdoor lounge furniture and a partial awning, where your guests can enjoy gorgeous views of the Brickell skyline under the sun or stars.
Note: The glass divider wall between the classroom and kitchen areas can be opened up, creating a single large space that is great for larger theater-style setups, open-format mingling, or cocktail tables.
We take care of security, cleaning, and A/V support before, during, and after the event, so that you can focus entirely on your guests. We also include setup and breakdown of any of our existing furniture (including 90 folding chairs, outdoor lounge furniture, and kitchen furniture). If you prefer, we can set up string lights around the perimeter of the rooftop terrace, which add a sparkling touch to your evening event.
Capacity of the space:
- Classroom style (seated at desk): 50 people
- Theater-style (chairs only): 100 people
- Standing (or combined seated/standing): 150 people
We do not offer catering ourselves, however we are more than happy to recommend some of our preferred vendors with whom we work frequently. Just let us know what your needs will be in terms of food and drink, and we will happily connect you.
