This is a great, cool space available in East Richmond 2 minute drive from Ikea. It is a Restaurant that operates during week days for lunch. The space is equipped with tables and chairs and can sit 56 comfortably, 70-90 if standing and has a partially covered heated patio. It is a great space for events as well as classes, workshops or presentations. There are lots of free parking spaces available to guests. The rental rate does not include use of the commercial kitchen, but exceptions and rates may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. There is cold storage which can be used based on availability.
