Located between Church and West Broadway in TriBeCa, Chef Kurt Gutenbrunner took over this unique space, formerly home to French bistro, Le Zinc in December of 200
While walking his daughters to school, Kurt passed Le Zinc daily and felt a strong love for the vintage film and art posters adorning the walls. When he took over the space, he changed almost nothing, aside from the addition of some of his own posters, statues of geese, and Austrian touches such as Thonet chair.
Today, Blaue Gans is a one of TriBeCa’s favorite bistros, offering an extensive menu of Austrian and German dishes, beers, and wines.
