About Events with Bar Primi
Bar Primi is a casual Italian restaurant on the Bowery by Chef Andrew Carmellini. We offer partial and full buyouts and semi-private bookings for smaller groups. Our event program features custom, chef-designed menus and personalized service from a team of event planning professionals.Bar Primi is a corner Pasta shop on the Bowery designed by Taavo Somer. Our family-style menu is devoted to ‘Primi Piatti,’ the pasta course, traditionally prepared. Brooklyn-born Chef Sal Lamboglia also offers meat or seafood specialties in addition to a selection of shareable piccolini and antipasti, artisanal cheese, salumi and home-style desserts.

Events on the upstairs level of Bar Primi are uniquely lovely, filled with light from west and south-facing windows. The room has large windows, banquettes and booths of deep red leather, seating at oak farm tables, and its own bar.

Buyout
Buyouts of Bar Primi include two floors for cocktails, dinner and mingling on the Bowery. Each floor has a dedicated bar, restrooms, large windows, banquette and table seating. In warmer weather, we include our outdoor cafe for cocktails. Following cocktail hour, we offer a seated dinner in the upper dining room or pasta and antipasti stations throughout the restaurant.
