About Events with Bar Deco
Bar Deco is a four-story restaurant and rooftop located in the historical Bulletin Building in Chinatown. There are three different bars/levels for guests to choose from, all offering a unique setting for an event.Inspired by the art deco period and America’s industrial roots, the Bar Deco team is committed to bringing simple food and drink to the next level by mixing traditional preparation with globally-inspired flavors. No matter the reason for your visit, you’ll find a warm, welcoming atmosphere at Bar Deco.

Bulletin Room (2nd Floor) - Private
Our second floor is an elegant room with exposed building elements dating back to the building’s earlier days as a printing warehouse. In this room you will find our Bulletin Bar, which boasts a tulip poplar bartop supported by reclaimed factory steel. The unique purples and greens running through the rustic bartop are the result of a lightning bolt. Warm globe lights and marconi bulbs make the space absolutely glow at night. This room accommodates up to 60 for a seated event and up to 100 for a standing cocktail reception. The room features an open floor plan. This versatile room works great for events of all kinds.

Bulletin Room (2nd Floor) - Semi Private
Our second floor is an elegant room with exposed building elements dating back to the building’s earlier days as a printing warehouse. In this room you will find our Bulletin Bar, which boasts a tulip poplar bartop supported by reclaimed factory steel. The unique purples and greens running through the rustic bartop are the result of a lightning bolt. Warm globe lights and marconi bulbs make the space absolutely glow at night. A semi-private reservation in this room includes all of the bar itself and the area in front of the bar. Set-up usually includes three high-top tables with 4 chairs each and a buffet placed in the space. This space accommodates up to 35 standing, or 25 seated.

The Long Bar (3rd Floor) - Private
Treat your guests to private-box style that is fitting for an establishment just steps away from the Capital One Center. The centerpiece of the room is a zinc-clad bar that runs the length of the building. This space accommodates up to 90 for a cocktail reception using a combination of bar seating, high top tables and booths. There are 14 big screens in this room to broadcast picture and audio. Enjoy an endless selection of signature cocktails, local beers and great food in your own private bar with high-end service.

A semi private space on this level includes part of the bar itself (which is double sided and can be used for seating or a buffet) as well as high top tables and standing room. This semi-private space accommodates up to 35 for a cocktail reception.

Rooftop (4th Floor) - Private
Treat your guests to drinks and food al fresco and they will not forget it. Our rooftop encourages people to relax and forget the worries of the street below. Our elegant rooftop features twinkling string lighting, wood floors and high top patio furniture, all of which blend seamlessly into the district skyline. The space is complete with an art-deco tile clad bar and a big screen TV. The rooftop accommodates 60 seated and 100 standing.
