Saturdays - $175/hr
Fridays and Sundays - $100/hr
Tables and chairs are complimentary. Ballroom Surge staff will have them set up prior to your event with requested number and placement.
We have 6 round tables, 11 8ft long tables, both seat 8 people. 100 chairs
We offer 30 minutes for setup and breakdown time free of charge with every booking. We will enter the building at end of event, beginning breakdown time and start with trash removal, cleaning and overall breakdown process.
There is a $150 cleaning fee with every event, which includes trash removal, and cleaning of floors, restrooms and contact surfaces. At event end you would just take your food, gifts and go.
To protect the facility from damages, we require a card on file to be submitted along with payment of invoice.

Linen package - includes base colors of black or white tablecloth and chair covers, and assorted accent colors of table runners and chair sashes. Linens will be setup prior to your event.
80 guest capacity - $250, includes linens for up to 10 seated tables and 2 food tables, and up to 80 chairs.
100 guest capacity - $270, includes linens for up to 12 seated tables and 2 food tables, and up to 100 chairs.
Greenery Wall - $125, includes 10ft by 10ft backdrop with attached greenery wall. Additional standard balloon garland to be attached - $85.
Sequin backdrop - $75. Additional standard balloon garland to be attached - $85.
Hoop arch with balloon garland - $150, includes standard balloon garland with the colors of your choice, attached to 7.2ft hoop arch. Prices vary on more elaborate custom-made balloon garlands, please request a quote with a picture of desired design.
Hoop arch with artificial flowers - $125, includes artificial flowers attached to 7.2ft hoop arch. Additional mini balloon garland to be attached - $50.
“Oh Baby” lighted sign - $25, includes 1ft by 2ft warm white lighted sign.
Red carpet kit - $125, includes 15ft red carpet, 8 stanchions with velvet ropes.
“Be the DJ” package - $165, includes access to sound and light system. You would just bring your own playlist to be played through Bluetooth or audio jack on any phone, tablet or laptop. We provide a boombox complimentary for those wishing to have basic sound.
Tableware:
Banquet Style - $165, includes white stoneware 11” dinner plate, 8” dessert plate and antique sterling silver cake stand. Premium disposable forks, spoons, knives, cups and napkins. Tableware will be setup at the food serving table, buffet style, for guests to take along with food. Supports 80-100 guests.
Soiree style - $215, includes table settings with charger plates, cloth napkins prepared with utensils inside, white stoneware 11” dinner plate, 8” dessert plate and antique sterling silver cake stand. Premium disposable forks, spoons, knives, and cups. Supports 80-100 guests.
We also allow partial payments of half, with remaining balance due two weeks before event. If you’re interested, please provide the date, time, and any add-ons if any, and I’ll send a personalized quote. If you decide to book with us, we’ll just need your full name, email, and whether you’d like partial payment or full.
