Ashling is proud to deliver a high-end restaurant experience where people come together for food and fun that is unique to the Crofton community.Ashling is not only a restaurant, we can host a variety of events in our private dining room. Our team of motivated event planners can help you achieve just what you are looking for. Ashling also has two food trucks that feed a wide range of guests, from your local neighborhood to the Airforce Marching Band. What Ashling is best known for is our catering. We offer three chef-inspired catering menu options as well as our unique fourth option. The unique fourth option gives you the opportunity to offer a full custom-tailored menu package to meet the needs of you and your guests. We plan a time to sit down, learn about your event, and help create your vision. With a broad selection of fresh ingredients to choose from, we can help you design a menu that satisfies a variety of palates.
Ashling provides backstage hospitality, we pride ourselves on delivering quality food with exceptional attention to detail. We've fed artists from The Beach Boys to Dave Chappelle to John Mayer.
