OVERVIEWLocated in the historic Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago, Artifact Events is about 20 minutes north of downtown and easy to get to from the northern and northwestern suburbs as. It is a short walk from the Montrose Brown Line stop, the Metra Ravenswood stop and Lake Shore Drive. Best of all tons of easy free street parking right in front of the building.100+ year old factory buildings have been renovated to create beautiful event spaces while keeping the architectural elements and uniqueness of the original buildings. The venue is made up of 2 separate buildings that have been connected to total 28,000 square feet of industrial and loft style event space as well as private outdoor courtyard space. South Building (Ravenswood Room, Lounge & Loft)
The South building includes 2 floors of space and 3 indoor rooms - the Lounge, the Ravenswood Room and the Loft. You’ll find lots of exposed brick, wood beams, wood and concrete floors and lots of windows. You also have the option to add the stunning outdoor Courtyard that is connected to the Lounge space by a wall of glass doors. The restrooms are not to be missed and there is a private wedding suite/green room included.

Courtyard
The Courtyard accommodates up to 270 guests and features the stunning stone columns, over 40 ft tall and originally from the Chicago Mercantile Exchange building. It is the ultimate photo backdrop and the perfect backdrop for a wedding ceremony, cocktail hour or intimate acoustic music concert.

North Building
The North building includes 2 floors of event space. It has an open atrium that is over 3 stories tall letting in beautiful natural light highlighting the industrial grey catwalks and rustic brick wall with window cut outs. The North building can accommodate up to 300 guests for seated dinner with a huge dance floor and up to 600 guests for a cocktail style event. You can keep the entire event on 1 floor, allowing for an easy flow for guests or expand to 2 floors. The 2nd floor has an awesome view overlooking the lower level and has more windows and wood floors. The restrooms are not to be missed and there is a private wedding suite/green room included.
