About Events with Arizona Broadway Theatre
Located inside the Arizona Broadway Theatre, The Encore Room is specially designed for performances, special events and presentations. This classy venue features a beautiful wood floor, amazing acoustics, premium sound, performance lighting with in house food and alcohol service available. The Encore Room is incredibly versatile and can be set up in various floor configurations. We offer a long list of trusted professional services to compliment events including DJ’s, entertainers, photographers and bands. Located by the loop 101 freeway and Bell road the venue is easily accessible from all parts of the Valley.All events are custom made by picking the necessary components and working with our planner to create a truly memorable occasion. Events in the Encore Room include business presentations, proms, birthday parties including sweet 16's and quinceañeras, wedding ceremonies, receptions, concerts, baby showers and more. ENCORE ROOM RENTAL GUIDE - The Encore Room has an easy process for pricing events: 1.Simply pick your day and rental rate2.Choose items to add to the rental including food, beverages and upgrades all listed below3.Choose the floor chart you would like for the event or indicate a custom setting4.Email your choices to our event planner and we will provide a quote for your reviewEncore Room rental rates - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - $199 per hour, Friday and Saturday - $299 per hour3-hour minimum rental period required. Call or text for December pricing.Room rentals include the following items:- Room set with tables, chairs, linens, glasses filled with water and centerpieces- Balcony seating – 20 x tables for 2 people overlooking the main floor- Main floor settings include – banquet rounds, class room, theatre style and cabaret set. Refer to the ‘floor charts’ link on website for diagrams- 4 x 6 Foot tables for registration and display- Stage – 8’ deep x 20’ wide x 18” high- House lights – 8 settings available in the room from bright to dark depending on the function- Performance lighting – 4 up lights available in a variety of colors to compliment your theme- 1 x Staff member to assist in keeping the room clean and tidyUpgrades: - Entertainment, linens, decoration, lighting, sound and bar options.
