American Cut:Redefining the American Steak Restaurant with a modern and signature take on fine dining, American Cut joins the highly regarded steak scene in Atlanta, offering a unique multi-level dining experience in Buckhead. Led by Chef Marc Forgione, American Cut captures the nostalgic glamour of yesteryear and adapts this ambiance to today’s modern social life. Chef Forgione combines bold flavors and a unique style to create his take on American classics like our house favorite Chili Lobster, Pastrami Spiced Ribeye and the 42 oz. Tomahawk Chop. A mix of table-side preparations, ranging from the Plank-Smoked Old Fashioned to the OG 1924 Caesar Salad and the flambéed 52 oz. Porterhouse, creates a theatrical and colorful interactive dining experience. Located in the Shops Buckhead Atlanta, the first level lounge and bar will feature an extensive cocktail list and a bar menu perfect for the after-work cocktail and bite. Making your way up, the 125 seat main dining room is located on the second level of the restaurant where guests can enjoy our Atlanta-adapted signature menu for a more upscale dinner service. Perfect for a pre or post dinner drink, guests can experience the breathtaking views of Buckhead at the seasonal indoor/outdoor roof deck bar the Regent Cocktail Club where we’ll be serving up come of our specialty craft cocktails and enjoying live entertainment on the weekends.Regent Cocktail Club:At The Regent Cocktail Club, every classic cocktail tells a story. The airy 5,000 square foot seasonal roof deck bar will serve our signature craft creations and set the mood with special programming featuring eclectic live performances from local talent.
