The Space
Beautiful, modern second-floor loft space and rooftop deck and gazebo overlooking Hollywood Boulevard, just two blocks east of the Dolby Theater (site of the Oscars) and world-famous TCL Chinese Theatre. This is a one-of-a-kind venue right on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, within view of such iconic sights as the Hollywood sign, The Egyptian Theater and the historic Musso & Frank Grill. For the first time, this hidden gem is available for your office party, wedding reception, birthday, photo shoot, production, and other events!
The deck is roughly 1,500 square feet and features elegant bistro string lighting. It can comfortably accommodate up to 70 people at one time. Two restrooms and a kitchen are available to renters for use during events (additional charges may apply depending on size & scope of your event).

Cancellation policy:
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
