• 6400 sq. ft banquet facility with a wall of glass overlooking the gardens.
• Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and stove top with oven. All food must be cooked prior to arrival. Dishwashing is not allowed, scrape and take only.
• Silver cake stand, punch bowl, coffee urn and iced tea beverage server.
• Elegant bar with 3 stainless steel beverage servers and 3 cocktail tables.
• All service tables skirted in white with white toppers. (buffet, cake, sign-in & gift).
• 60” round tables with 8 chairs, white tablecloths, white chair covers and hurricane centerpieces with round mirrors are included.
• DJ area with skirted 6 ft table, 2 chairs.
• The entire property is handicapped accessible with 2 handicapped restrooms in the banquet facility.
• Large patio with fans, wrought iron tables/chairs.
• Bride and Groom’s suites with couches, mini fridges, satellite television and bathroom with shower.
• Your package includes a total of 10 hours- 5 hours for set up/photographs and suites, 4 hours for ceremony/reception and 1 hour for clean-up. Additional hours are available for $100.00 per hour for your reception, except the 11:00 to 12:00 hour, which is $300.00. All events be complete by 12:00am, including clean up. Additional hours for set up are available for $100.00 per hour. Additional hours in Bridal suite are $50.00 per hour.
• A one hour rehearsal is included in the package and is usually held on Thursday evenings based on availability.
• Coordination is not included in the package but is offered for a fee by a staff member.
• Ice is available, please ask for pricing.
• Children must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.
* Candles are welcome at A and M Gardens but they must be in a protective glass, such as a votive.
