FAQ
Rental Fees - Rental fee includes the private use of entire facility for 8 hours. Typically this includes four hours for the event and three hours immediately prior to the event for set up. Tear down should be completed within one hour of event's completion. Additional hours are available at a rate of $150/hour plus labor (bartender/server) and security costs.
Tables and Chairs - The following are included in the rental fee: twenty 60" rounds that seat 8-10 guests each, 200 white padded, folding chairs, ten 6' buffet tables to be used for food, gifts, DJ, etc. Five 8' tables, fourteen cocktail tables, and three 48" tables for cakes or hors d'oeuvers. Linens and additional rental items are available through 809 at Vickery.
Catering - We encourage use of one of our 15 approved caterers (catering list given on request). We allow outside catering for a small outside catering fee of $200. All caterers are required to abide by our outside catering policies (see Outside Catering Policies). Leftover food is the responsibility of the caterer or client. At the end of the event, it is the caterer's responsibility to leave the kitchen area clean and the floor clean of debris. 809 at Vickery is not responsible for clearing tables of plates, glasses or trash. This is the caterer's or client's responsibility. Your damage deposit could be retained if caterer does not comply.
Bar & Beverage Service - You may purchase and bring in your own alcohol. We require that you use one of 809 at Vickery's TABC certified bartenders. Bartenders are $35 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. You may have kegs, margarita machines, bottled or canned beer, wine and liquor. Ice, cups, glasses and napkins are the responsibility of the client or can be rented through 809 at Vickery.
Security Fee: $30/hour per officer with a 4 hour minimum. - One uniformed security officer is required for all events. 809 at Vickery assumes no liability for lost or stolen articles. The officer stays until everyone has left the building.
Wedding Ceremonies - A fee of $500-$750 (dependent of guest count) is required for your ceremony to be set up and includes a one hour rehearsal. Ceremonies may be held in the outdoor courtyard or in our indoor space (the front room). You may not set up for your event during your one hour ceremony rehearsal. Rehearsal time is dependent on other events booked at 809.
Weather - In the event of inclement weather, courtyard must be tented. There is a $150 fee to reset tables and chairs.
Deliveries - Deliveries must be scheduled through 809 at Vickery. It is the clients responsibility to inform the caterer and other vendors of the delivery policy. Deliveries must be made within your eight hour time block. Otherwise, a fee of $40 per delivery will be deducted from the Damage Deposit.
Parking - There is open, free street parking on Vickery. All of the surrounding businesses allow us the use of their parking. Valet is recommended for larger events and is booked through 809 at Vickery. No parking or driving in the courtyard.
Additional - There is a $150 fee to flip the courtyard.
