    You can download this app on the Apple itunes website. It syncs with your Facebook, website, or spreadsheet for a hassle-free check-in experience. Simply tap guests off as they arrive. This app also tracks arrival times, total attendees, walk-ins and VIPs. It starts at $25 a month and is a great value when you consider that it also allows for social-media integration with Facebook and iPad. To top it off, this app also allows for complete guest profiling including information such as how often they frequent an event venue, how much social influence they have and what they like to drink.

    Eliminate your paper guest list once and for all with this app which can be used on multiple iPads, iPhones, Android and on the web. Just upload an Excel file and you’re ready to go. The app is only $1.99 and the starter package which includes up to 500 check-ins is $99. A couple great highlights about this application is VIP alerts and barcode check-in. If you want to know when a certain VIP arrives at the event space you can be sent an email or text message upon their check-in. Additionally, people can choose to check-in by their name or with boarding-pass style barcodes.

    Zkipster starts at $75 and is a cloud-based app for use on tablets. It allows party-planners to go paperless and manage their guest list entirely from tablets. You can also add names last minute and receive alerts when VIPs check in.     You can find this in the Apple app store for just $1.99. It has all the necessary features you need to manage an event including adding or deleting guests at the last minute, Facebook and address book synchronization, and more. The design even resembles a classic clipboard so if you’re old-school this may be the perfect app for you. You will not get technical support or post-event analytics with this app so it all just depends what you’re looking for.

    My Banquet is an iPad application for events that require seating arrangements. It costs $3.99 in the app store. With this app, RSVPs can be handled via Facebook as well as handled manually. A great feature of this app is that you can add notes next to people’s table assignments for special requests such as handicap accessibility, food allergies and more. You can upload guest information from Facebook, text message, document or by entering it manually. This app is great for managing weddings, banquets and corporate dinners.
