    February 28, 2013

Last month we launched our listing of venues in Washington, D.C.. It was so much fun that we’ve decided to take our show on the road yet again in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the City of Brotherly Love. A brand new city means a brand new crop of venues for your viewing and booking pleasure! So here we go – kick back, grab a cheesesteak, and check out some of our favorite Philadelphia event venues!

    Arts Ballroom:

For your most elegant events, the Arts Ballroom is the place to be. The 400-person event space is knows as Philadelphia’s premier special events venues, and it conveniently located in Washington Square. With a two-story grand hall, a beautiful mirrored Ballroom, and a classy mezzanine, your guests will feel like the crème de la crème as they celebrate at your event! What’s more, this fabulous, historical space can be yours for an evening for a mere thousand dollars – pocket change when you consider the splendor of this space.

    The Piazza at Schmidt’s

Got an-all company picnic to plan? Need to entertain a huge group of people – and fit them all in one space, no less? No worries – just head over to North Philadelphia and host your event at The Piazza! This incredible event space can hold a whopping 5 thousand people, with plenty of space for entertainment and whatever else you might need. This outdoor venue boasts eye-catching, industrial surroundings, and the space itself is fully equipped with five restaurants on-site, a stage area, and a Jumbotron for screening events! For 2 thousand dollars, your company can have a corporate event they won’t soon forget.

    The Physick House:

Best suited for a more intimate occasion, The Physick House is a truly historic Philly landmark. The only freestanding Federal townhouse remaining in the Society Hill section of the city, this stunning, four-story brick house was once home to Dr. Philip Syng Physick: “The Father of American Surgery.” The house also features a large garden with a winding path and grotto, reminiscent of the beautiful gardens where we’ve seen young lovers take strolls in 19th century films. This house is the perfect place for a pair of history buffs to be wed, or any other small, sophisticated affair. The space is available for one thousand dollars, but the memories are sure to last a lifetime.
