All of the ingredients needed for these treatments can be easily found in most kitchens. Perfect for any age, these ideas are great for a spa party, hostess gift, or just your own personal spa day!

    Summer Citrus Scrub

This zesty summer salt scrub is easy to make and perfect for recovering from a long day in the sun. It can be made within a matter of minutes and works wonders for exfoliating the body and making skin feel soft and fresh. Exfoliation is important because it reduces excess oils and gives skin a healthy glow. Be sure to exfoliate gently, as harsh exfoliation can result in redness.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups sea salt, raw sugar, or Epsom salt

    • 1 cup body oil

    • 1 Lemon or orange

    •

    Directions:

    • Combine the 1 cup of body oil with 2 cups of Epsom salts, sea salts, or organic raw sugar in a mixing bowl.

    • Add lemon or orange zest to the bowl and mix. Amount depends on the color and citrus scent desired.

    • Apply the scrub to body and face in gentle circular motions. Take your time exfoliating and thorugholy rinse off in the shower.
