Stunning House is an architectural gem situated on the top of the Hollywood hills on iconic Mulholland Drive overlooking the valley. The six thousand square foot property has been immaculately finished with all modern amenities. This house with sweeping views and a dramatic terrace with infinity pool makes a wonderful venue for entertaining guests both day and night.
There is a gated entrance with paved drive way to the house and a waterfall wall infront of the house.
The main house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master bedroom is extremely large and has its own en suite bathroom with bath and shower, dressing area and terrace. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. There is an additional bedroom and bathroom in the guest house and the property sleeps nine to ten guests.
The living areas in both the main house and the guest house are very spacious with floor to ceiling windows and chic modern furnishings. There is a seperate television room and an office. The kitchen which has marble counter tops has been fitted with Miele kitchen appliances an induction stove top, large convection oven, and 48 inch fridge and freezer, coffee and espresso machines and dishwasher. The dining area which has stunning views is next to the kitchen. The infinity pool measures thirty-three feet and has a lovely terrace for relaxing and sunbathing while admiring the city and mountain views. There is also a two car garage and a security system.
