Sintak Studio is a rental studio providing you and your clients with a comfortable, friendly, and professional working environment. We have been helping to facilitate creative projects for photographers, designers, filmmakers, and producers for over ten years.

Its clean modern design, brick walls, hardwood floors, and large skylights make it perfect for offsite business meetings and castings as well as photo and film shoots. The building's garage, easy street-level access, and a full modern kitchen make it a favorite location for food stylists and caterers.

Located in the Northeast section of the Mission District, Sintak Studio is convenient to photo, office supply, and organic food stores, as well as a variety of restaurants. We are easy to reach by public transportation (both BART and MUNI), and we are just minutes from downtown.

Security Deposit

No security deposit is required by the venue owner.

Rates, Photo shoots/castings:
Full Day - $400.00
Half Day - $300.00 (4 hours or less)
Overtime - $75.00/hour

Rates, Film/video shoots* / business meetings / Special Events**
Full Day - $500.00 and up (depending on the size of the production)
Overtime - $75.00/hour

Extra fees may apply if you wish to book the studio outside of our standard hours.

* - The shooting area is set back from the street and very quiet but it is not soundproof. We cannot guarantee the noise level
** - The studio is not available to rent for private parties.

Payment is due in the day of the rental by cash or check. Renters must provide the studio with a certificate of liability insurance.
