Thank you for your inquiry. Though used primarily as a video and photo production location for film and television commercials each of two lofts can also be rented for corporate events, product launches, weddings, showrooms and fashion shows.

Each loft is approx 10,000 sq feet (please also view 477 Broadway Lofts: 5th floor, same building just a floor above) Each loft has an open floor plan and could be customized to make your event to fit your clients vision and be as large and open or as intimate as one would like with pipe and drape or set walls to create individual room or spaces. Each loft has two distinct elevator entrances (Broadway and or Mercer street) One entrance is on the more commercial street with lots of foot traffic and the other on the quieter and secluded Mercer street entrance. Both offer a unique look and feel for your production or special event.

The loft has a total of 12 - floor to ceiling windows on either side, receiving East and Western daylight. The loft comes semi-furnished and could rearranged to accommodate your event. For electricity there is a 5 wire 600 amp cam lock tie in available for an additional fee.

The fee to rent the loft includes a studio manager, use of the space for a 10 hours +

This information should include type of event, number of people, total hours needed including set up and break down as well as if it is a private or public event. This would help us a great deal in saving time with emails going back and fourth. And would give us a clear picture of they kind of event you are looking to have.

Security Deposit

Event Insurance is required by the venue owner.

You must supply your own third-party insurance.
