Located in Chicago’s historic Record Row in the South Loop neighborhood, 22thirty9 is a sophisticated 2,200 sq. ft loft space atop a world-class recording studio. Steps away from McCormick Place and convenient to major roadways, this new venue features built-in A/V, natural daylight, imaginative décor, a sparkling bar and lounge area.

22thirty9 is an acoustically-tuned space, fully wired for presentations and live or recorded entertainment. Our in-house A/V specialists, and experienced hospitality staff ensure a seamless event for you and your guests.

22thirty9 features a large gathering area with floor-to-ceiling atrium windows with a cloak room and media booth. At the west end of the space there is a separate lounge area with a full-service bar, fireplace and 4 distinctly-styled restrooms.

22thirty9 can accommodate and assist in procuring professional musical entertainment in a full range of styles and genres. Team-building activities as well as a variety of artists and performers can also be incorporated into your event.

22thirty9 can make your musical fantasy a reality with a professional recording session of your favorite song accompanied by top notch session musicians.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $500.00 is required by the venue owner.
(You will be charged for this deposit at the time of confirming your reservation.)

Additional Fees:

No additional fees are listed by the venue owner.

Price is based on 75-person event, for four-hour use of 3rd floor space event. $395 per each additional hour.

Deposit is non-refundable and is required to secure date. 85% of balance due 21 days prior to event. Events booked within 21 days of desired date require 85% down payment. Remaining balance due on the day of the event prior to start.

Guest list must be provided. Evening events must conclude by 01:30 am. Outside DJs and entertainment are welcome.
