How do I know when someone wants a quote request?

You will receive an email with the quote request and customer information right away. You can have multiple people from your venue receive this email.

Do I have to use your system to respond?

No. But we highly suggest you do. We did the research and most customers prefer to respond through our system so they can keep track of everything in one spot.

Can I change my plan?

Sure can. At anytime you want to upgrade or downgrade your plan you can.

What are the costs?

The costs range from $599-$1999 a year depending on which package you choose.

Can I cancel at any time?

You know it. Just let us know if for any reason you need to cancel and we will prorate your refund.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. If you need to make other arrangements just contact us.
